Data collected

Depending on the request: name, telephone, email, pickup and destination addresses, date and time, passengers, luggage, flight or train number, child equipment, skis, comments, booking and payment status, and necessary security logs.

Purposes

Data is used to estimate journeys, check availability, process booking requests, send payment links after acceptance, operate services, issue confirmations and reminders, manage accounting and comply with law.

Recipients

Authorised staff and necessary technical providers for hosting, payments, communications and accounting.

Payment

Bank-card data is entered on the secure payment provider interface. Pyrénées Chauffeur Privé does not receive the full card number.

Retention

Data is retained for the time required to manage the request and service, then archived for disputes, accounting and legal obligations.

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction where applicable by emailing contact@vtcpyrenees.com.
