Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern passenger transport requests and services provided by Pyrénées Chauffeur Privé.

2. Advance booking

Every service must be booked in advance. A quote or form submission is not final confirmation. The booking is confirmed after explicit acceptance and, where required, successful advance payment.

3. Customer information

The customer must provide accurate identity, contact, address, time, passenger, luggage, flight or train and special-needs information. Material changes may require a new quote or make the service impossible.

4. Fare

The fare depends on route, estimated duration, time, waiting and service costs. Tolls, parking or other costs may be included in the agreed price or charged separately when explicitly stated.

5. Payment

Online payment is made through the secure link sent to the customer. A booking may remain unconfirmed until required payment is received.

6. Pickup and punctuality

The customer must be at the agreed place and time and remain reachable on the number supplied.

7. Luggage and special items

Large luggage must be declared. Skis require prior capacity approval. Bicycles and animals are not accepted. Dangerous or illegal items are prohibited.

8. Child seats

A child-seat request must be made before confirmation. The service may be refused if suitable equipment is unavailable.

9. Conduct and safety

Seat belts are compulsory. Smoking and vaping are prohibited. The driver may refuse or stop an unsafe or abusive service.

10. Cancellation and force majeure

Cancellation conditions are communicated with the confirmation. In case of force majeure, breakdown, safety event or inaccessible road, the provider may modify or cancel the service.

11. Complaints

Complaints should be sent to contact@vtcpyrenees.com with the booking reference.

12. Applicable law

French law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules. An amicable solution will be sought before proceedings.
